- Integrate supported systems and test functionality
- Send notifications and training links for phased groups
- Phased Production Deployment & Support (Weeks 4-6)
- Deploy Microsoft Copilot for 365 to groups using a phased approach
- Provide support and resources for each group
- Conduct project closeout call
